Hi, I'm Kevin: a creative intrapreneur focused on talent management and learning & development. From training to performance management to employee retention, I help organizations succeed by helping their people thrive.

For the last 7+ years I have been working in Metro Boston and developing my skills in people strategy & operations—I sometimes shy away from the phrases "human resources" and "human capital" because I believe people are more than just company assets. My approach to talent management always starts with empathy and ends up with empowerment.

Right now I'm employed full-time, but happy to chat about formal or informal consulting opportunities. In the past I've advised on HR systems, onboarding strategies, and LMS product enhancements. I'm interested in organizational effectiveness and projects that involve implementing systems and processes to make everyone's work lives a little bit better. That's the professional side of me. In my free time, I love to go backcountry hiking (the photos above I took in the White Mountains and Berkshires, respectively) and mountain biking, or listen to Van Morrison and Arcade Fire. I'm addicted to Netflix, and particularly enjoy documentaries and weird films. Lately I've been learning Ruby on Rails by building a web app called JobKeeper.
